RETURN POLICY
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Return and Exchange Procedures
Regarding the products you have purchased;
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery or, You can send us your requests for exchange, return or repair of defective goods within 6 months from the date of delivery.
STEP BY STEP EASY RETURN PROCESS
1) In order for the return and exchange process to begin, you must open a return notification from the Contact Us section on the website www.melyshine.com (melyshine.com) and wait for the customer service to respond to your request.
2) For your return and exchange transactions that you have notified, the cargo company that brought your order to you will be assigned by Pionel Customer Service and will pick up the products from your delivery address.
3) On the front side of the PRINCIPAL copy of your invoice, you must specify the product name and the number of returns on the line of the product you want to return. On the front side of the PRINCIPAL copy, you must write and sign your name, surname, contact phone number, address as the returning person on the bottom left side. Finally, we kindly ask you to write in detail on the back of the 1st copy of the invoice why you want to return / exchange.
4) The products that are taken from your address by the cargo company and delivered to us are evaluated for compliance with the return conditions and you will be informed via e-mail as a result of this process.
5) In requests for refund and/or exchange with a different product arising from invoice transactions issued in the name of the company with legal personality; The transaction can be completed by the relevant company issuing a return invoice on behalf of Pionel for the products to be returned and / or exchanged. If the legal entity is an e-taxpayer, it can be completed by submitting the number of the e-return invoice issued to Pionel within the relevant return period. It is a legal obligation to issue a return invoice.
NOTE: Returns are not accepted for customized products.
Return - Exchange Notification
You can make your return and exchange notification regarding the products you have purchased from our online store or via telephone order by following the steps below:
Enter the My Orders menu under the My Account menu.
Open the relevant order number and the details of your order.
Fill in the required fields in the Contact Us section, write the name of the product you want to return from the products in your order in the message section and send the form, our customer representative friends will contact you shortly.
What You Need to Know About Return and Exchange
According to the Law on the Protection of Consumers, Pionel is not responsible for changes and deterioration that occur outside the usual use of the goods within the right of withdrawal.
For products sold as disassembled, if the assembly of the product has not been done in accordance with the described installation manual or if it has been done incompletely, it is excluded from the scope of customary use.
Please put the product you want to return in its original box and packaging and send it together with the original copy of the invoice.
Return procedures will be initiated for your color and model change request for the product included in your invoice.
Send the product you want to return together with the original box and packaging together with the invoice by bringing the product you want to return in a way that will allow it to be shipped. Packages that are damaged, have been processed, the delivery note and/or invoice is not sent back and packages with missing materials will not be accepted for return.
